Do you only work in the DC metro?
I am based in [McLean] and licensed in Virginia, DC, and Maryland, so I can work the whole region directly. For moves outside it, I have a referral network I actually vet.
What is the health read, exactly?
A walk-through where I note light, air, water, sound, EMF, and flow, then translate it into plain language you can act on. Yes, and I like it. I slow the process down, explain every step, and stay steady through the parts that feel enormous.
Is a valuation really free?
Yes. You get a real number and a short plan, and no obligation to list with me.
Do I have to care about any of this wellness stuff?
Not even a little. Plenty of my clients hire me because I am a good agent and then quietly start sleeping better. Both work.
