This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Kristin Francis of the Kristin Francis Team, brokered by eXp Realty, LLC.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this site:
- Home valuation: property address, email address and, if you add it, phone number.
- Buyer address read: the address you are considering, email address and, if you add it, phone number.
- Contact: name, email address, phone number if you add it, what you are interested in, and your message.
- Full health read on a listing: email address, phone number if you add it, and the listing it is about.
- Newsletter: email address.
With each form we also record the page you sent it from and the time. We do not ask for financial information, government ID numbers or passwords.
How we use it
- To answer you and give you what you asked for: a valuation, a read on a home, a reply to your note.
- To send the newsletter, if you signed up. Every newsletter has a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep a record of our conversations so we can help you well.
We do not sell or rent your information.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and sent to our client relationship system, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which we use to keep track of clients and to send email. The website is hosted on GoHighLevel’s WordPress hosting, which uses Cloudflare to deliver pages and block attacks. These providers handle information for us under their own security and privacy terms.
We may share your information with eXp Realty, LLC as our brokerage, with service providers you ask us to connect you with (for example an inspector or lender), or when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security providers may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.
Texts and calls
Giving us your phone number lets us call you about your request. We will not send marketing text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are working with you and as long as real estate record-keeping rules require, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Contact us using the details below.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
